This is truly the best of both worlds. Soft and chewy high-hydration focaccia dough filled with a gooey brown butter cinnamon sugar filling. Baked in butter for crispy, doughnut-like edges and then finished with a cinnamon & vanilla glaze.
Slice it open and you’ll find that it looks as good as it tastes thanks to the beautiful layers hiding within.
Slab measures 32×22cm. Serves 10-12 people

Storage and Shelf Life
We bake your focaccia on the day of pickup and it is best enjoyed that same day (the earlier the better!). Our dough is free from preservatives, so like other artisan breads it will last up to 3 days if stored in an air-tight container in a cool dark place. Alternatively, they can last up to 5 weeks in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer. If your bread has started to stale, wrap in foil and place in a 160c oven for 5-10 minutes depending on the size, or microwave for 15-30 seconds. Please note that reheating can cause the glaze to drip off.
