This cheesecake was Charred’s first product and embodies our philosophy of a balanced flavour profile enhanced by a touch of heat.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store covered or wrapped in the fridge for up to 5 days. This cheesecake is at it’s best within the first 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 1 month, defrost in the fridge for even thawing.
